The knowledge and efficiency of CBM maintenance skills have proven to be cost-effective to all businesses and will provide services to your satisfaction at a lower cost than in-house. Not only at a lower cost, but the burden of maintenance duties will lie with contractors and not on owners, building managers, and property managers.

A Plan will be developed to determine exact manpower and materials. Computed-Aided Budgets are generated to allow precise calculations per square foot taking into account service components, materials, labor and overhead. These precise computer budgets will be evaluated to ensure that costs are true and that the client's needs are met and quality services can be accomplished within the boundaries of these budgets. Costs will be monitored on a daily basis during the life the contract.

It is important to note that CBM will recruit full time, English speaking personnel within the Developmental Plan including proper social security information and I-9 data, and that this information will be accurately audited and maintained to the letter of the law.
