Training is a huge investment that pays huge dividends. The theory is simple. You invest a lot, and you get a lot. CBM skillfully trains our managers, supervisors and personnel in-house. Hand picked men and women are trained through seminars and educational courses tailored to address all aspects of janitorial maintenance. CBM is proud of our in-house training facilities with instructions on cutting-edge equipment. Audio and visual courses are also taught to demonstrate the latest techniques in chemicals and materials handling specifically for:

• Restroom Cleaning
• Safety/Security
• Floor Maintenance
• Carpet Care
• Time Management

All personnel are interviewed and screened prior to training. Police and driving records are secured. Personnel are assessed for specific abilities and character to allow proper placement within our organization.

On-hands training will be done at specific sites. Supervisors continue spot checking newly hired employees to ensure that all tasks are in done in accordance with specifications. Costly re-training is done on site and refresher courses are held to enforce the quality of work.

CBM will hire the right people, train them well, keep them happy so they will stay. We have found that if an employee is trained and understands his/her duties, they are comfortable in their positions and perform extremely well. Turnover is disruptive and costly in this business and CBM has one of the lowest ratio's of turnover in the field.
