CBM offers specialized floor maintenance including marble, terrazzo, brick, tile, computer raised flooring and hardwood floor surface maintenance. Programs will be implemented to buff, strip and refinish these surfaces at regulated intervals within the scope of work. A floor care maintenance schedule for exotic floor surfaces will be developed and implemented to allow flexibility for property managers needs and fluctuating climates.

One time floor maintenance restoration may be done upon request.

Carpets are an expensive investment for the owners. It is important not only to vacuum clean and shampoo as needed to extract the everyday dirt and debris, but to ensure that these carpets will maintain longevity to avoid costly replacement.
